1 tbsp steak sauce (I like Pick-A-Pepa but A1 & Worcestershire work well, too) .
2 (5 oz) jars Kraft cheese spread with bacon .
1 dash hot sauce (to taste, I like Frank's Red Hot) (optional)
Directions
Step #1 Bring cheeses to room temp for easier mixing.
Step #2 Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl (or food processor/blender) until well mixed.
Step #3 Serve as soon as possible or chill in the fridge.
Step #4 NOTES: For a different flavor, substitute Kraft's Pimento cheese for the bacon & add 1 tsp liquid smoke (or to taste).
Step #5 I usually serve this with crackers (Triscuits, swiss, sociables, Ritz, veggie thins, Chicken-N-A-Biscuit, Wheat Thins, & other party crackers) or with a combination veggie/relish tray.
