Chicken-mayo Parmesan Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large firm plum tomato, sliced .
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can green chilies (drained & sliced) .
  • 2 c sliced cooked chicken .
  • 1 tbsp oil .
  • 2 tbsps sour cream .
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic .
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese .
  • 3-4 green onions, finely sliced .
  • kosher salt (optional) .
  • 1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust .
  • black pepper .
  • 1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese or mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions
  • Step #1 Set oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #2 Place the prepared pizza on a pizza pan.
  • Step #3 Brush the crust with oil, then sprinkle lightly with kosher salt (if using).
  • Step #4 Prick holes in the crust with a fork to prevent riing while baking.
  • Step #5 Bake for 8-10 mins (if the crust rises while baking just push down withm a fork).
  • Step #6 In a large bowl mix all ingredients (use only 1 c cheese).
  • Step #7 Spread the mixture onto the pre-baked crust.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top the remaining 1 c (or more) shredded mozzeralla cheese.
  • Step #9 Bake for about 15-17 mins or until heated through & the cheese is melted.
