Microwave Caramel Pecan Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar .
  • Topping .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • Rolls .
  • 2 tbsps light corn syrup .
  • 1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar .
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 2 tbsps whipping cream .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz) can buttermilk biscuits .
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans

Directions
  • Step #1 Place 1/4 c butter in 9-inch microwave-safe pie pan.
  • Step #2 Microwave on HIGH for 40 to 60 seconds.
  • Step #3 Add all remaining topping ingredients except pecans; mix well.
  • Step #4 Microwave on HIGH for 1 min.
  • Step #5 Stir; sprinkle pecans over top.
  • Step #6 In shallow microwave-safe dish, melt 2 tbsps butter in microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Step #7 In another shallow dish, mix 1/3 c brown sugar & cinnamon; mix well.
  • Step #8 Separate dough into 5 biscuits.
  • Step #9 Dip biscuits in melted butter to coat all sides; dip in brown sugar mixture, coating well.
  • Step #10 Arrange biscuits in circle over topping in pie pan, leaving center open.
  • Step #11 Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 6 mins or until dough in center of biscuits is no longer doughy.
  • Step #12 Cool 30 seconds; invert onto serving plate.
  • Step #13 Serve warm.
