One-bowl Orange Graham Bundt Cake With Brown Sugar Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 tsps baking powder .
  • 2 tbsps grated orange zest .
  • 3 large eggs .
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • 1 tbsp water .
  • BROWN SUGAR GLAZE .
  • 1 1/4 c sliced walnuts .
  • 1 c butter, softened .
  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs .
  • 1 c fresh orange juice .
  • 2 tsps vanilla (or use orange extract) .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar, packed .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions
  • Step #1 Set oven to 350 (set oven rack to second-lowest position).
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl mix together all cake ingredients excetp the nuts until well mixed & smooth (about 3 mins).
  • Step #4 Mix in walnuts.
  • Step #5 Transfer to prepared bundt pan.
  • Step #6 Bake for about 40-50 mins or until cake tests done.
  • Step #7 Invert onto a plate.
  • Step #8 Let cake stand for 30 mins before glazing.
  • Step #9 For the glaze; in a bowl mix together all glaze ingredients until smooth adding in more water if needed to make a thick consistancy for glazing.
  • Step #10 Drizzle over cake.
