Fran's Mai Tai Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 64 oz unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled .
  • 1 c dark rum .
  • 1/2 c Cointreau liqueur or Curacao .
  • ice or ice ring (see note) .
  • 1/3 c lime juice .
  • 1 c light rum

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Pour over ice in punch bowl & garnish with lime slices & fresh fruit or edible flowers.
  • Step #3 Note - Fill a ring mold with water or pineapple juice the day before & freeze.
  • Step #4 This will keep your punch cold & is more attractive then just ice cubes.
