• 2 tbsps green peppers, sliced .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 3/4 c cheddar cheese, grated (3 oz) .
• 4 slices white bread or whole wheat bread .
• 2 tbsps vinegar .
• 1/4 c onions, sliced .
• 1/4 tsp chili powder .
• 1 c tomatoes, sliced

• Step #1 Mix lightly the cheese, veggies, & vinegar.
• Step #2 Add in a mixture of salt & chili powder.
• Step #3 Set aside.
• Step #4 Toast the bread.
• Step #5 Spread one side of each slice with the mixture.
• Step #6 Arrange sandwiches on a broiler rack.
• Step #7 Place in broiler with top of sandwiches 3 inches from heat source.
• Step #8 Broil abour 2 mins or until cheese is melted.
• Step #9 Serve as soon as possible.
