2 c bean sprouts .
1 tbsp vegetable oil .
4 c sliced mushrooms .
1 c chickens, sliced .
4 Mandarin pancakes .
2 c shredded Chinese cabbage .
2 tbsps hoisin sauce
Directions
Step #1 In a small bowl mix hoisin & 1 Tb water.
Step #2 Heat oil in skillet & sauté cabbage, sprouts & mushrooms for 5 – 7 mins.
Step #3 Stir in chicken & sauce & cook mins more.
