Ingredients
  • 2 c bean sprouts .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • 4 c sliced mushrooms .
  • 1 c chickens, sliced .
  • 4 Mandarin pancakes .
  • 2 c shredded Chinese cabbage .
  • 2 tbsps hoisin sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl mix hoisin & 1 Tb water.
  • Step #2 Heat oil in skillet & sauté cabbage, sprouts & mushrooms for 5 – 7 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in chicken & sauce & cook mins more.
