Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c reduced-fat creamy peanut butter .
  • 1 c butter .
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract .
  • 1 1/2 c Splenda granular

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in sauce pan.
  • Step #2 Add peanut butter & stir until smooth Add vanilla & splenda to peanut butter mixture & stir this to mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Step #3 Pour into an 8 x 8 pan that has been either buttered, Pam'ed or lined with wax paper Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge & put in the fridge until cool.
  • Step #4 Cut into 1-inch pieces & store this in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Step #5 cooking time does not reflect refrigeration time.
