1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (more or less to taste) .
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (can be cut into strips if you prefer) .
3 tbsps distilled white vinegar or rice vinegar .
sesame seeds (optional) .
1/2 tsp ground allspice .
1 tsp ground black pepper .
6 tbsps soy sauce .
1 1/2 tsps ground paprika
Directions
Step #1 In a medium bowl, honey, soy sauce, mix the olive oil, & vinegar.
Step #2 Mix in the thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, & black pepper.
Step #3 Place chicken in a medium baking dish, & coat with the olive oil mixture.
Step #4 Let marinate at least one hr, or even longer.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with sesame seeds if desired.
Step #6 Place chicken in a preheated 375F oven, basting every once in awhile with the olive oil mixture, cook 30 mins, and, or until no longer pink & juices run clear.
Step #7 Serve over the rice with remaining olive oil mixture.
