Frozen Strawberry Salad (light Version) Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c sugar .
2 medium bananas, sliced .
2 c frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed & halved .
1 (8 oz) container reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed .
1 (8 oz) carton reduced-fat cream cheese .
1 (15 1/2 oz) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained

Directions

Step #1 Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer unti creamy.
Step #2 Gradually add sugar; beat until smooth.
Step #3 Fold in banana & next 3 ingredients.
Step #4 Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inche dish; cover salad & freeze until firm.
Step #5 Remove salad from freezer; let this stand 10 mins.
Step #6 Cut into squares; serve.
Step #7 Cover up & freeze any uneaten salad.
