Easy- Sarah's Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine .
  • 1/2 c white sugar .
  • 1 1/8 c flour .
  • 2 c chocolate chips .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Melt butter In a large-ish, microwave safe bowl.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Add both sugars, stir until smooth & sugars are dissolved.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Add egg & vanilla.
  • Step #7 Mix well.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 Add flour, salt, baking soda & chocolate chips.
  • Step #10 5.
  • Step #11 Freeze for 1/2 an hr, or put in the fridge for 1 hr.
  • Step #12 6.
  • Step #13 Bake at 325F F for approximately 8-10 mins on an UN-greased cookie sheet.
  • Step #14 If you over cook, they aren't as good.
  • Step #15 These cookies disappear fast, so eat them faster.
  • Step #16 If you can't eat them right away, put them in the freezer, & they stay nice & chewy longer.
