Ingredients
  • 1/8 c sliced celery (about one rib) .
  • 1 tbsp sliced green peppers .
  • 1 oz shredded low-fat cheddar cheese .
  • 1 c shredded lettuce .
  • 2 1/2 oz frozen peas, thawed .
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onions (one scallion) .
  • 1 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps light mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Layer the lettuce, onions, celery, pepper & peas.
  • Step #2 Spread mayonnaise on top.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with Splenda, then top this with cheese.
  • Step #4 Cover up tightly & put in the fridge at least 4 hrs & up to 24 hrs.
  • Step #5 LAWL Count: 2 veg, 1 fat, 1/2 dairy.
