Sautéing Onions Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion (Slice or chop) .
  • 1 tbsp oil .
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the pan over high heat before adding the oil.
  • Step #2 Add enough oil to just coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Step #3 Add the onions but do not cover.
  • Step #4 As they begin to brown, stir frequently to produce evenly browned onions.
  • Step #5 Cook until tender & evenly browned.
  • Step #6 Spice up as you like with salt, pepper & or herbs.
