Ingredients
  • sugar, add to taste .
  • pickle juice, a little if you want .
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs .
  • 3/4-1 c mayonnaise, add according to your taste .
  • 1 lb macaroni, cooked .
  • 6 sweet gerkins pickles, sliced fine .
  • 2 tbsps yellow mustard .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 1/2 small onion, minced fine .
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp louisiana hot sauce, add according to your taste. This doesn't make it hot, it just adds flavor .
  • 1 stalk celery, minced fine

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook macaroni according to pkg.
  • Step #2 directions.
  • Step #3 Drain & let cool.
  • Step #4 Mix all together, & chill in the fridge.
