Crunchy Chicken Caesar Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp fresh coarse ground black pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • Caesar Dressing .
  • 1/3 c chicken broth .
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard .
  • 2 tsps olive oil .
  • 1 tsp steak sauce or worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts .
  • 1 garlic clove .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 lemon .
  • 1/2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 Combine mustard & mayonnaise in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Step #3 Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap & flatten to an even thickness using a mean mallet.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with salt & pepper, brush with mustard mixture.
  • Step #5 Cover up chicken with corn flakes & place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Step #6 Drizzle each piece of chicken with 1/2 tsp oil.
  • Step #7 Bake for 5-10 mins on each side or until chicken is done.
  • Step #8 Cut chicken into strips.
  • Step #9 Combine chicken, & dressing In a large-ish bowl, lettuce, tossing well.
  • Step #10 Caesar Dressing: Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl with a spoon.
  • Step #11 Cut lemon in half & squeeze juice into bowl, mixing with garlic.
  • Step #12 Whisk in olive oil.
  • Step #13 Add broth, steak sauce, mustard, & pepper; whisk until well mixed.
