Breakfast Berry Twist Recipe

Ingredients
  • 100 g chocolate cookies (3.5 oz) .
  • 200 ml vanilla yogurt (7oz) .
  • 150 g mixed berries (5oz)

Directions
  • Step #1 Mash/puree the berries with a fork, hand mixer or food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Taste & add a little sugar if necessary.
  • Step #3 Crumble the cookies.
  • Step #4 Get 2 or 3 glasses or dessert bowls.
  • Step #5 In the bottom of each add a spoon of yoghurt.
  • Step #6 Next add some of the crumbled cookies, to form a layer.
  • Step #7 Spoon some of the berry mixture over the cookies (making sure the layer isn’t too thick, as the berries can taste a bit intense).
  • Step #8 Add another layer of yoghurt, then cookies & so on, until you fill the glasses.
  • Step #9 Cover up & put in the fridge over-night.
  • Step #10 You can probably eat these as soon as you’re done, but if you’re using oatmeal it may be a bit chewy.
