Ingredients
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 1/3-1 1/2 c sugar .
  • 4 c cut-up rhubarb

Directions
  • Step #1 Put eggs into a large bowl & beat them.
  • Step #2 Put rhubarb into the eggs.
  • Step #3 Add the sugar depending on the sweetness that you like & mix well.
  • Step #4 Put into a pie-line plate; put the top crust on.
  • Step #5 Bake 425F degrees for 40 mins.
  • Step #6 NOTE: If you want to make a 10-inch pie, make the above plus one-half more.
