1 c water (or extra vinegar, depending on taste.) .
4 lbs ground turkey (or other ground meat) .
3 tbsps flour .
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
Step #1 Mix all meatball ingredients together in a medium bowl, roll this into balls & place this in glass baking dish lined with foil wrap.
Step #2 *If using ground turkey you may want to add a little oil to tinfoil wrap, or turn often during cooking*.
Step #3 Bake at 400F F for 20-30 mins, or until cooked through.
Step #4 Remove meatballs from pan, discard tinfoil wrap, replace meatballs, set aside.
Step #5 In a small saucepan mix sugar & flour, mix until well mixed.
Step #6 Add the rest of the ingredients & cook over med-heat/flame stirring often until thickened slightly, about 5-10 min *If you like a more tangy sauce you can replace as much of the water with white vinegar as you'd like*.
Step #7 Pour the sauce over the prepared meatballs, cover with foil wrap & bake in the oven at 350 F for 30 mins Stir once or twice during baking.
Step #8 Remove from oven & let cool for a few mins, serve over rice.
