- 1/4 tsp nutmeg .
- 2 tbsps honey .
- 3/4 c butter .
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Step #1 Drain peaches of all liquid & place this in a lrg bowl.
- Step #2 Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg & honey.
- Step #3 Mash to chunky applesauce consistency & chill for 2 hrs b4 serving.
- Step #4 (I personally favor a smoother mix of this mix using my immersion mixer vs a coarse mash).
- Step #5 NOTE: Use w/English muffins, French toast, scones, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, waffles or whatever your imagination envisions.
