Step #2 Reduce heat to low, place hot dog in water, & cook 5 mins or until done.
Step #3 Remove hot dog & set aside.
Step #4 Carefully place a steamer basket into the pot & steam the hot dog bun 2 mins or until warm.
Step #5 Place hot dog in the steamed bun.
Step #6 Pile on the toppings in this order: yellow mustard, tomato wedges, sweet green pickle relish, onion, pickle spear, sport peppers, & celery salt.
Step #7 The tomatoes should be nestled between the hot dog & the top of the bun.
Step #8 Place the pickle between the hot dog & the bottom of the bun.
