Pull-apart Maple Pecan Sticky Buns Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c butter, divided .
  • 2 (12 oz) cans put in the fridged buttermilk biscuits .
  • 1/3 c maple-flavor syrup .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cut into 20 cubes .
  • 1/2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 Spray a 12-c tube pan with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top pecans over the bottom of prepared pan; set aside.
  • Step #4 Melt 2 tbsp butter in the microwave.
  • Step #5 Add syrup & stir until well mixed.
  • Step #6 Drizzle this over the pecans in the pan.
  • Step #7 Set aside.
  • Step #8 Melt the remaining 6 tbsp of butter; set aside.
  • Step #9 Mix the sugar & cinnamon; set aside.
  • Step #10 Separate the biscuit dough into 20 biscuits; press each to flatten to 1/4" thick.
  • Step #11 Roll the cream cheese cubes in the cinnamon sugar until coated.
  • Step #12 Place 1 cube on each biscuit, bringing up sides of biscuit to seal edges around the cheese cube.
  • Step #13 Lightly roll this into a ball shape.
  • Step #14 Dip top of biscuit into the melted butter, then into the cinnamon sugar.
  • Step #15 Place sugar side up in the tube pan, making two layers.
  • Step #16 Drizzle with remaining butter & cinnamon sugar.
  • Step #17 Bake 30 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #18 Cool 1 min in pan.
  • Step #19 Invert onto serving platter.
  • Step #20 Serve warm.
