Peanut Butter And Hot Fudge Pleasure Pot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix .
  • 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa .
  • 1/4 c skim milk .
  • 1/4 c reduced-fat crunchy peanut butter .
  • 2 c boiling water .
  • 1 c pourable Splenda sugar substitute or Sugar Twin .
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract .
  • 1 c Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix .
  • 2 tsps vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray a slow cooker (aka crockpot) container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl,mix baking mix & 1/4 c Splenda.
  • Step #3 Add skim milk,vegetable oil, & vanilla extract.
  • Step #4 Mix well until mixture is smooth.
  • Step #5 Stir in peanut butter.
  • Step #6 Pour batter into prepared container.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl, mix remaining 3/4 c Splenda & cocoa.
  • Step #8 Gradually stir in the boiling water.
  • Step #9 Carefully pour mixture over batter in slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #10 DO NOT STIR.
  • Step #11 Cover up & cook on HIGH for 2 hrs.
  • Step #12 Serve warm with sugar- & fat-free vanilla ice cream.
