Step #1 Mix together In a large-ish bowl the yogurt with the almonds, cardamoms, chilli, ginger, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, garam masala, garlic & the tomatoes.
Step #2 Add the chicken & allow to marinate for 30 mins.
Step #3 In a wok melt the butter with the oil & fry the onion for 2 mins
Add the chicken & the marinade & cook for 10 mins.
