Ingredients
1 1/2 c water .
2 beef bouillon cubes .
3 tbsps catsup .
27 oz sauerkraut, drained & rinsed .
2 tsps sugar .
4 tbsps butter .
1 lb stew meat .
2 large onions, sliced .
1 tsp dill weed .
1/2 tsp celery salt .
1 garlic clove, minced .
1 tbsp paprika .
2 c sour cream
Directions
Step #1 In large dutch oven or frying pan with cover, heat butter.
Step #2 Saute' onion, garlic & paprika until onions are soft.
Step #3 Push aside & brown stew meat.
Step #4 Add remainder of ingredients except saurkraut & sour cream.
Step #5 Cover up & let simmer about 1 1/4 hrs.
Step #6 , or until meat is tender.
Step #7 Uncover & add saurkraut & sour cream.
Step #8 Heat carefully.
Step #9 Serve with lots of biscuits.
