Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c water .
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes .
  • 3 tbsps catsup .
  • 27 oz sauerkraut, drained & rinsed .
  • 2 tsps sugar .
  • 4 tbsps butter .
  • 1 lb stew meat .
  • 2 large onions, sliced .
  • 1 tsp dill weed .
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 1 tbsp paprika .
  • 2 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 In large dutch oven or frying pan with cover, heat butter.
  • Step #2 Saute' onion, garlic & paprika until onions are soft.
  • Step #3 Push aside & brown stew meat.
  • Step #4 Add remainder of ingredients except saurkraut & sour cream.
  • Step #5 Cover up & let simmer about 1 1/4 hrs.
  • Step #6 , or until meat is tender.
  • Step #7 Uncover & add saurkraut & sour cream.
  • Step #8 Heat carefully.
  • Step #9 Serve with lots of biscuits.
