Chicken Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 green chile peppers, sliced
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsps ground coriander seed
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp fresh sliced cilantro, for garnish
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in a pan.
  • Step #2 Add onions, garam masala powder, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste & fry until onions turn golden brown.
  • Step #3 Add chicken pieces, turmeric, nutmeg, pepper & chili powders & let cook for 5 to 6 mins.
  • Step #4 Add salt & extra coriander powder to taste & cook this until done.
  • Step #5 Garnish with cilantro if desired, & serve.
