Crispy Midwest Potatoes And Turnips Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary .
  • 3 russet potatoes, scrubbed & cubed .
  • 3 turnips, peeled & cubed .
  • 4 tbsps olive oil .
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Step #2 Toss turnips, potatoes & garlic with olive oil until coated & season this with rosemary, salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Scatter vegetables in a single layer on a rimmed cookie sheet & bake about 30 mins to 1 hr, or until browned yet tender inside.
  • Step #4 Turn the vegetables every once in awhile with a spatula or by shaking the pan.
