Chocolate Mousse...the Easy Way! Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c milk .
• 2 eggs .
• 2 c chocolate chips .
• 1/4 c sugar .
• 1 pinch salt

Directions

• Step #1 Pour milk in heavy saucepan & heat to boiling point.
• Step #2 Combine remaining ingredients in mixer container.
• Step #3 Pour in the hot milk, then mix at lowish speed for 1 min or until smooth.
• Step #4 Pour into 6 custard c, & chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
• Step #5 Garnish with mint leaves, homeade chocolate leaves & fresh fruit.
