Kidney Bean And Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder .
  • 1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn .
  • 2 tbsps thinly sliced green onions .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can red kidney beans .
  • DRESSING .
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 tbsps vinegar .
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced green peppers .
  • 1 tsp dijon-style mustard .
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can cut green beans .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain canned beans & set aside.
  • Step #2 Make dressing by combining on oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, salt & curry powder.
  • Step #3 Shake vigorously in a covered jar or mix well.
  • Step #4 Add green pepper & onion to dressing & set aside.
  • Step #5 Arrange beans in a shallow bowl & pour dressing over top.
  • Step #6 Cover up; put in the fridge no less than 1 hr to allow flavors to mix.
