Ingredients
2 tbsps light corn syrup .
1 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed .
16 large marshmallows .
1 c evaporated milk .
1 tsp vanilla .
1/2 c sliced pecans, toasted .
1/4 c butter or margarine .
1 dash salt
Directions
Step #1 In a large saucepan, melt butter over med-heat/flame.
Step #2 Add the marshmallows, corn syrup, brown sugar, & salt; mix well.
Step #3 Cook over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Step #4 Boil for 1 min.
Step #5 Remove from heat & let the mixture cool for 5 mins.
Step #6 Stir in evaporated milk, pecans, & vanilla.
Step #7 Serve topping warm over ice cream.
Step #8 (Store leftover topping in refrigerator.
Step #9 It will thicken as it cools).
