- lime slices .
- 1 1/4 c orange juice .
- orange slices .
- 1 tsp gingerroot, finely grated .
- crushed ice .
- 1 1/4 c pineapple juice .
- pineapple slices .
- 1 1/4 c rum
Directions
- Step #1 Peel & pit the mango & chop the flesh.
- Step #2 Place in food processor/blender or mixer with the lime juice, ginger & sugar & process until smooth.
- Step #3 Add the orange & pineapple juices then add the rum & process again until mixed.
- Step #4 Divide the crushed ice between glasses & pour the punch over the ice.
- Step #5 Add the lime & orange slices & arrange the pineapple slices on the rim of each glass.
