Jell-o Magic Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip, whipped topping, thawed .
  • 1 (6 oz) box cherry Jell-O .
  • 3 c boiling water

Directions
  • Step #1 stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 mins until completely dissolved.
  • Step #2 add whipped topping to hot gelatin; stir with wire whisk until whipped topping is completely melted & mixture is well mixed.
  • Step #3 (mixture will still be thin).
  • Step #4 pour mixture into 6 c mold or glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight until firm.
  • Step #6 unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
  • Step #7 store leftovers in refrigerator.
