Orange-ginger Grilled Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
  • orange slices .
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic .
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil .
  • 3 tbsps light soy sauce .
  • 3 tbsps rice wine vinegar .
  • 1/3 c orange juice .
  • 8 (4 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs .
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger .
  • fresh cilantro stems

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish or zip lock freezer bag; add chicken.
  • Step #2 Cover up or seal, & chill at least 1 hr, turning chicken every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Remove chicken thighs from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Step #4 Grill, covered w/ grill lid, over med-high heat for 4 mins on each side or until done.
  • Step #5 Garnish with cilantro & orange slices.
