Mexi Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, beaten .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 c chili sauce, bottled .
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder .
  • 3/4 c soft breadcrumbs (about 1 slice) .
  • 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium mixing bowl, onion, mix the crumbs, chili sauce, egg, salt & garlic powder.
  • Step #2 Add ground beef & mix well.
  • Step #3 Shape meat mixture into 30 to 32 meatballs.
  • Step #4 Place the meatballs on a 15-1/2"x10-1/2"x1" baking pan.
  • Step #5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1t to 18 mins or until juices are no longer pink.
  • Step #6 Drain.
  • Step #7 Serve warm with "Creamy Guacamole Sauce" or "Spicy Chili Sauce.
  • Step #8 ".
  • Step #9 Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
