Step #5 In a large bowl mix remaining cake mix, oil, sour cream, eggs, water & sugar.
Step #6 Beat at medium speed for 2 mins.
Step #7 Add 1/2 batter to greased & floured tube pan, then remainder of batter, then 1/2 topping, then remainder of topping.
Step #8 Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 mins.
