Step #1 Stir together the strawberry Jell-O & hot water until dissolved.
Step #2 Add the frozen strawberries.
Step #3 Stir into the Jell-O mixture & chill until just starting to thicken.
Step #4 Add the angel food cake & marshmallows.
Step #5 Mix well (Because the Jell-O is cool, the cake will not absorb the Jell-O).
Step #6 Pour into nonstick sprayed tube pan with a removable center.
Step #7 Press the mixture down firmly with a spoon.
Step #8 Refrigerate until set.
Step #9 Just before serving, unmold & use Cool Whip as icing.
Step #10 Garnish with fresh strawberries.
