• Cocktail .
• 1/2 c sugar .
• Rosemary Syrup .
• 1/2 c fresh rosemary, sliced (stems & leaves) .
• 2 slices lemons .
• soda water .
• 2 oz vodka or gin .
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary .
• 2 c water

• Step #1 To make syrup:.
• Step #2 Place all syrup ingredients into a saucepan & boil 30 mins.
• Step #3 Strain & allow this to cool completely before use.
• Step #4 Store in covered container in refrigerator.
• Step #5 To make cocktail:.
• Step #6 Place 1 oz syrup with vodka (or gin) & lemon slices over ice in shaker.
• Step #7 Shake well.
• Step #8 Strain into a rocks glass & add a splash of soda.
• Step #9 Garnish with rosemary sprig.
