Step #1 Bring to a boil: margarine, cocoa & water.
Step #2 Pour this over the flour, salt, milk, 2 eggs, sugar, soda & vanilla.
Step #3 Bake 20 min at 375* in a jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet) While the cake bakes prepare the frosting.
Step #4 Bring ingredients to a boil & pour over 4 c powered sugar.
Step #5 Stir in 1 c nuts & pour over the cake as soon as it come out of the oven – while the cake is still hot.
