Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c chunky hot spicy salsa .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1 small onion, sliced .
  • 1 c long grain rice

Directions
  • Step #1 In 12” skillet, heat oil, add rice.
  • Step #2 Cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • Step #3 Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & let simmer 15 to 20 mins.
