Step #1 Butterfly salmon fillet by inserting knife into side of fillet & running it lengthwise to cut salmon open like a bun making sure not to cut all the way through(salmon should remain in one piece).
Step #2 In small bowl mix cheeses & pepper till smooth.
Step #3 Spread on one half of salmon.
Step #4 Layer spinach on top of cheese mixture & fold t op half of fillet over filling.
Step #5 Spoon miracle whip on top of fillet & squeeze lemon juice over top.
Step #6 Bake at 375F in a greased & covered casserole dish for 15-20 mins until fish is cooked through & flakes easily with a fork.
