• 1/3 c fresh parsley, sliced .
• fresh ground black pepper .
• 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
• 4 garlic cloves, minced .
• 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (to taste) .
• 1/2 c dry white wine or broth .
• 2 tbsps butter .
• 1 3/4 lbs large shrimp, shelled, can use extra large shrimp too .
• 3/4 tsp kosher salt (to taste) .
• 1/2 lemon, juice of, squeeze juice & reserve

• Step #1 In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil.
• Step #2 Add garlic & saute until fragrant, about 1 min.
• Step #3 Add wine or broth, salt, red pepper flakes & plenty of black pepper & bring to a simmer.
• Step #4 Let wine reduce by half, about 2 mins.
• Step #5 Add shrimp & saute until they just turn pink, 2-4 mins depending upon their size.
• Step #6 Stir in the parsley & lemon juice & serve over pasta or accompanied by a crusty bread.
