Rocky Road Peanut Butter Candy Cups Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c sliced unsalted dry roasted peanuts .
2 tbsps smooth peanut butter .
1 2/3 c peanut butter & milk chocolate chips (11 oz. pkg) .
1 c crispy rice cereal .
1 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

Step #1 MICROWAVE: peanut butter & chocolate morsels In a large-ish glass bowl at HIGH 2 mins or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Step #2 Stir in 2 tbsps peanut butter until well mixed.
Step #3 Stir in rice cereal, marshmallows & sliced peanuts.
Step #4 Spoon mixture evenly into miniature paper candy c.
Step #5 Chill for 1 hr or until firm.
