Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
Step #3 In a small bowl, mix flour & salt; set aside.
Step #4 Melt chocolate in a medium bowl by microwaving uncovered on HIGH for 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until melted & smooth.
Step #5 *Alternately, melt in a double boiler over hot water.
Step #6 Mix butter & sugar into melted chocolate.
Step #7 Add egg & vanilla to chocolate mixture & mix until smooth.
Step #8 Slowly stir flour mixture into chocolate mixture, until all flour is mixd.
Step #9 Spread batter in prepared pie plate.
Step #10 Bake until set, about 15 mins.
Step #11 For topping, peanut butter chips, mix nuts, marshmallows & coconut in a bowl.
Step #12 Sprinkle top over brownie crust.
Step #13 Bake for 10 mins or until pizza pulls away from the sides of pan.
Step #14 Cool before cutting.
