1 lb cottage cheese (I use Hood's Country Style) .
2 (3 oz) packages lime Jell-O gelatin
Directions
Step #1 Drain the pineappe well & save the juice.
Step #2 Mix the jello according to directions on the box, adding enough water, using all of the pineapple juice as the liquid, if needed, to make the right amount on package.
Step #3 Put the jello in the refrigerator until it is partially set.
Step #4 Mix in the cottage cheese & pineapple.
Step #5 Put into a mold or pretty dish & put in the fridge till firm.
