Kielbasa Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard or honey mustard .
  • 1 (16 oz) package smoked sausage or kielbasa .
  • swiss cheese or cheddar cheese, thinly sliced .
  • 1 (16 oz) package bacon, cooked (optional) .
  • 1 (8 count) package crescent rolls, unbaked

Directions
  • Step #1 First cook your kielbasa until it is golden brown.
  • Step #2 Allow to cool.
  • Step #3 Cut into 2 inch slices.
  • Step #4 If you are using bacon, cook thoroughly & drain on a paper towel until grease is absorbed.
  • Step #5 Open your crescent rolls, & separate at perforations.
  • Step #6 Depending on your tube of rolls there should be about 8 triangles.
  • Step #7 Place about a tbsp or to your taste of mustard onto the roll dough.
  • Step #8 Place a piece of cheese onto the dough, followed by the bacon & last the kielbasa.
  • Step #9 roll the dough around the meat & cheese until fully covered.
  • Step #10 Bake according to the roll recipe on the tube, usually a temperature of 350 degrees.
  • Step #11 Serve with a side of mustard for extra dipping, & toothpicks.
