Ingredients
  • 1/4 large onion .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2 c self-rising cornmeal (cornmeal mix) .
  • 2 tbsps sugar .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all & add milk until consistancy is slightly thicker than pancake batter.
  • Step #2 Heat grease to 300F deg.
  • Step #3 Drop spoon fulls of batter into hot grease.
  • Step #4 Flip by tapping with fryer safe tool.
  • Step #5 Take our when browned.
  • Step #6 Only takes about 2 or 3 mins.
