Rachel's Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients
  • canola oil .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 1/2 c Italian dressing

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut chicken into nugget-size bites & put in a medium bowl.
  • Step #2 Add salad dressing & let it marinate about 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Add flour until chicken is completely coated.
  • Step #4 Fry nuggets in a skillet with a small amount of canola oil, about 4 mins per side.
  • Step #5 Serve with rice, peas & carrots, & a salad.
