Ingredients
  • 10 lbs lean ground beef or venison .
  • 6 c fresh spinach .
  • 1/4 c wheat germ .
  • 1 c walnuts .
  • 1 medium carrot .
  • 6 garlic cloves .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 3 tbsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste .
  • 4 eggs or 1 c egg substitute .
  • 1 c oatmeal .
  • 1/4 c milled flax seeds .
  • 1 c mushrooms .
  • 1/4 medium red bell pepper .
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion

Directions
  • Step #1 Grind or process all ingredients together.
  • Step #2 Shape into loaves according to your family size.
  • Step #3 I have even read about baking meatloaf in muffin tins.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350 until center reaches 160, usually about 30 mins.
