2 oz gorgonzola .
2 oz pesto sauce .
1 medium garlic clove (minced) .
8 oz mozzarella cheese .
4 oz cooked chicken breasts (season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, a pinch of mint & cayenne. After they are grilled, cube) .
1 (6 oz) package spinach (frozen sauteed with salt & pepper) .
1 oz olive oil .
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
Directions
Step #1 Spread pesto directly on crust then spread 6 oz of mozzarella.
Step #2 Place cubed chicken & then crumble the gorgonzola.
Step #3 Finish by sprinkling the remaining 2 oz of mozzarella.
Step #4 Bake in hot 450 F oven on open rack until cheese is melted.
Step #5 8-12 mins depending on your oven.
