So Easy Beef Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c flour .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 1/2 c milk .
  • 1 c biscuit mix .
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced fine .
  • 2 medium carrots, cut half inch thick .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of potato soup .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 tsp dried basil .
  • 1/2 c broccoli florets, raw .
  • 2 stalks celery, same as carrots .
  • 2 1/2-3 tbsps oil .
  • 1/2 lb beef caps, cut for stir fry .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 Dredge beef in flour, brown in oil.
  • Step #3 you do not have to cook beef entirely.
  • Step #4 Set aside in large bowl.
  • Step #5 Combine all veggies except onions, l c milk, soups, salt, pepper, basil with beef tips in large bowl.
  • Step #6 Mix well.
  • Step #7 Set aside.
  • Step #8 Do not rinse or drain oil from pan, saute onions in same pan with beef juices, aprox.
  • Step #9 5-7 mins on medium-high heat.
  • Step #10 Onions should be slightly opaque & soft.
  • Step #11 Mix with veggies & beef.
  • Step #12 In a 8X8 baking dish pour veggie mix.
  • Step #13 Combine rest of milk, egg, & biscut mix in another bowl.
  • Step #14 Combine throughly.
  • Step #15 Make sure soup & veggie mixture is evenly smoothed out.
  • Step #16 Pour biscut mixture over top.
  • Step #17 Bake at 400F degrees for at least 25 mins Top should be golden & filling completely heated through.
  • Step #18 Cook an extra 5-10 mins if you wish for a more golden crust.
  • Step #19 You may need a cookie sheet under baking dish.
