Ridiculously Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp low-fat peanut butter (optional) .
  • 2 tbsps Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1/2 c skim milk .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1 egg .
  • 3 ripe bananas .
  • 2 c oats (not instant, the proper scotts type)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 180c.
  • Step #2 Mash the bananas & mix with the oats, milk & egg before adding the remaining ingredients (it just mixes a bit easier & more evenly this way).
  • Step #3 These measurements make the mixture just the right consistency for my liking, but if it looks a bit runny to you at this point, throw in another handful of oats to thicken it up.
  • Step #4 Grease a cookie tray with 1 cal spray & spoon the mixture on to make around 9 large cookies.
  • Step #5 Bake for around 20mins until golden brown.
